If you cannot get past the password page or if on the dowload page nothing happens when you click on a file to download.then your security settings on your browser may be set too high.

But first just check that it is not dowloading the file in the background. Particularly with slow dial up connections there can be a considerable delay (several minutes) before the downloading page is displayed.

If your connection is cut off before download is complete this will normally be due to the idle time of the browser being set too short. At the top of the browser click -

• Tools then
• Internet Options then
• Connections then
• Settings then
• Properties then
• Options then
• set 'Idle time before hanging up' to 1 hour then
• OK then
• Advanced then
• uncheck the box that says 'disconnect if idle' then
• Ok out

In some circumstances, if you have reached the download page but nothing happens when you left click the download link then you could try right clicking the link. If that does not work you will need to change your security settings as explained below.

In order to download your pages you will need to change your security settings to 'medium'. You can return to a high security setting afterwards if you wish.

To change the security setting :-

• select 'Tools' from the top of the browser window then
• select 'internet options' then
• select 'security' then
• select 'internet' then
• select 'custom level...' then
• at 'Reset to Medium' click on the following button 'reset' then
• it will prompt 'are you sure' click 'yes' then
• OK back out then
• close the browser then
• restart the browser to download your magazine
